CountryFlour ships across India. This policy explains how we deliver your orders, expected timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics providers to deliver your orders. The delivery partner assigned may vary depending on your pin code and service availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and courier operations. Remote or difficult-to-service areas may require additional time.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if provided by the courier) will be available in your account under My Orders. Please ensure you are signed in using the same account used while placing the order to view tracking information.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at hello@countryflour.in. Re-dispatch may be subject to additional charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@countryflour.in with clear photos of the outer packaging and products. We will review and assist you in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Cancellation (Shipping-related)
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or picked up by our courier partner.
