    We want you to be satisfied with every CountryFlour purchase. As we deal in food products, returns are handled with strict consideration for safety and hygiene. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

    1. Food Safety & Eligibility

    Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items are not eligible for return, except where required under applicable law or in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Sealed and unused products may be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to review.

    2. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product

    If you receive a wrong item, damaged packaging, or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@countryflour.in with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

    3. Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    4. Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched or picked up by our courier partner. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

    5. Chargebacks

    We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, as most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
