    Sattu Laddoos are nutritious, no-fuss sweet treats made with roasted gram flour, jaggery, and ghee. Packed with protein and natural sweetness, they are perfect as a quick energy snack, especially during busy days or after meals. These laddoos are traditional, wholesome, and require minimal cooking.

    🥣 Ingredients
    1 cup sattu (roasted gram flour)
    ½ cup powdered jaggery (gur)
    3–4 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
    ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
    2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
    1–2 tablespoons milk (optional, for binding)

    👩‍🍳 Instructions
    Prepare Mixture:
    In a bowl, add sattu, powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
    Add Ghee:
    Pour warm ghee gradually and mix until the mixture becomes slightly moist.
    Bind the Laddoos:
    Take small portions and shape into round balls using your hands.
    If the mixture feels dry, add a little milk to help bind.
    Set & Serve:
    Let them rest for a few minutes. Your laddoos are ready to enjoy!
