Besan Kadhi

Besan Kadhi is a comforting yogurt-based curry thickened with gram flour and often served with pakoras. Itβs tangy, flavorful, and pairs perfectly with rice.

Β½ cup besan
2 cups yogurt
Water
Turmeric, chili powder, salt
Curry leaves, mustard seeds
Oil

Whisk besan and yogurt with water to avoid lumps.
Cook on low flame, stirring continuously.
Add spices and simmer until thick.
Prepare a tempering with mustard seeds & curry leaves and add to kadhi.
Serve hot with rice.
