Besan Chilla (Savory Pancake)

1 cup besan
Water (to make batter)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
Green chili (optional)
Salt, turmeric, chili powder
Fresh coriander

Mix besan with water to form a smooth batter.
Add all vegetables and spices.
Pour a ladle on a hot pan and spread like a pancake.
